The service of legal court documents is usually performed for our law firm clients, although from time to time individuals are advised by the court to seek a process serving agency like Moratti & Associates directly.

A thorough knowledge of court process and legal documents as well as the knowledge of service procedures is vital and an assurance you get with our agency.

Send us the documents or we can uplift from you or the District Court or High Court, we will serve them in a timely manner and in accordance with rules and regulations. We will provide you with a report complete with enough information for an affidavit of service if required. We do not charge a fee to swear New Zealand affidavits although a fee must be passed on for ocassions where we must swear the affidavit with a Notary Public or have our report Authenticated by the Department of Internal Affairs, usually for international clients.
