In difficult times, commercial and retail tenants run into trouble.
Once we have gone through serving legal documents such as Demand and Termination of Lease the lawyer for the landlord may instruct us to effect a re-entry.
Armed with the necessary documents we approach the premise, remove the tenant if on site, attach legal documents to the building, re-enter the property and disarm the alarm, change the locks, and where necessary complete a stocktake and photograph/video the site.
We have reliable alarm technicians and locksmiths available on call to gain access with limited fuss and leave the site secure.
For security and evidential purposes, we utilise two agents at all times and charge at our investigation rate $150 per agent hour plus expenses and GST.
