Insurance Surveillance

A core part of this work is surveillance for insurers. Recent operations for health and disability insurers have produced clear, submissible evidence of attempted fraud and misleading claims. Where a claim doesn’t add up, methodical observation and proper reporting give you the factual picture you need to act on.

How an operation runs

Covert surveillance usually calls for at least two agents, so we can rotate and hold contact without being noticed – following a subject into a café, bar or hotel and blending in as needed. Management and reporting sit alongside the field work to keep the operation smooth, lawful and fully evidential from start to finish.

What I’ll need to plan it

To organise an operation well, I’ll usually ask for full details, a start address, a photograph, vehicle details, and a retainer in advance. A few days’ notice is ideal so I can plan and assemble the right team. Management and reporting are additional to the field time, and I’ll set all of that out clearly before anything begins.
