Many people feel a pang of guilt about asking someone to look into a partner’s conduct. It’s worth remembering who is doing what here – the person acting on doubt is not the one in the wrong. You have every right to deal with the situation, and having the evidence, the clarity and a bit of support alongside it makes a hard thing far more manageable.

I provide answers in a factual but personal way – the guidance and proof you need to face the issue with assurance rather than second-guessing yourself. Where it’s appropriate and lawful, that can include a detailed report with photographic or video evidence. Nothing is guessed at, and nothing is dramatised; you get what’s true.
